How to report when a bike is missing?

Bike owners are strongly encouraged to check the hubs at least twice a week.

When a bike does not have a rental (ongoing), it should be at the hub.

If a bike is not at the hub:

1. Please create a missing bike ticket, then this will disable the bike. This will prevent the bike form being rented out.

2. Email support containing the below information

  • bike name
  • the date that was found missing at the hub
