FYI - It is not possible to mark a lock as broken if the lock is attached to a bikes. As you can see below, the lock needs to be unassigned first, if assigned to a bike.
- To report a broken lock from the Admin platform you need to go in the 'Locks' view.
- In the Locks view, search for the device name (Lock ID) that you want to mark as broken and then from the action list buttons, choose the correspondent action and proceed by clicking it.
