You have two option to create a ticket in the Owner app.
1A. You can create it directly from inside the bike page. Press 'Tickets' to see more options.
1B. Two options will appear at the bottom of the page. Press 'Create new tickets'.
1C. You will see Create Ticket page. Press 'Issue type' to indicate if there is something wrong with the bike itself or with the lock. You will see that 'Issue type' has changed.
1D. Right under 'Issue Type' you can see 'Severity level'. You can choose between 'Low', 'Medium', 'High' and 'Critical' to indicate how serious is the issue. Remember that 'Critical' disables the bike automatically.
1E. Now you should see a new ticket created. There will appear a red dot next to 'Tickets'. The number inside the circle is the number of open tickets on the bike.
You can also create a ticket from the Ticket menu. Instead of going into a specific bike page, you need to:
2A. After you log in, at the bottom of the app select 'Tickets'
2B. Here you will see the list of all open tickets from your fleet. Press '+' in upper right corner of the app. You should see 'Create ticket' page.
2C. Now you should Select the bike name. The following steps are the same as in the previous example. You will have to set 'Issue Type' and "Severity level'. You can also add some description and comments.
