What do I do if I have problems with the bike or the lock?

If there's something wrong with your bike (flat tire, faulty brakes, lock not unlocking etc.), contact us and we'll switch you to another bike from the same pickup hub.


Before you unlock your bike for the first time, you can also cancel the rental yourself in the app and get fully refunded
